There has been so much cooking this term in F7. The amazing aromas of all the different dishes made continue to drift out of the door and up the stairs to the art corridor. Well done to all of you who have taken home such a variety of delicious meals and treats. Special congratulations should go to my year 11 students who have recently completed their three hour practical. They all cooked three dishes within the time allowed demonstrating a vast range of high level skills from filleting fish and portioning chickens to making fresh pasta, pastry and bread. To end the term year 10 took part in the “Eggs Benedict Challenge”! Delicious!
