We have had a great half term in food. Year 10 have made a good start to their GCSE and produced some delicious lasagnes and pavlovas amongst other things. Year 11 have worked really hard to complete their science investigations on short crust pastry. They enjoyed their trip to Stockley Farm and learned a lot about food provenance. The new food club is really busy on a Thursday lunch time cooking up some delicious treats for them to try. The AGGS Bake off final was fantastic and more news of that will be available soon. I would like to thank all those who took part in the Bake Off final this year or in the technical challenge before the summer. Congratulations to Simra who was crowned star baker.
