The deadline for veterinary medicine applications and work experience form submissions is 15th October 2017 at 6:00pm.
We are now accepting applications from students for our veterinary medicine courses, starting in September 2018. The deadline for applications and work experience form submissions is 15th October 2017 at 6:00pm.
Making an application
1. Students can discover which veterinary medicine course is right for them.
2. Applications must be submitted online via UCAS. Students may list a total of five courses on the UCAS application form, but only four can be for veterinary medicine and science programmes (D100, D101 and D102).
3. Students must complete a ‘work experience questionnaire’ and return this to us.
After your students apply
Students can monitor the status of application through UCAS Track. They can also continue exploring student life at RVC by visiting our Virtual RVC page, where they can find more student interviews and tours of our campuses.
Students, teachers, parents and guardians, and career advisers can join us at the RVC this autumn at one of our Open House events. Open Houses provide the chance to see one or both of our campuses on the same day. Visitors will be given a tour by a current student and have the opportunity to speak to academic staff. Booking is open for:
Saturday 7th October and Sunday 29th October
We will also be hosting an ‘Animal CSI: What, how, when?’ event at the Royal Institution of Great Britain, where visitors can dive into the world of veterinary pathology for an evening of mystery and intrigue, including a live-streamed dissection from the Royal Veterinary College’s laboratory and hands-on experiments and activities.
Wednesday 11th October: 6:30pm – 10:00pm
