Healthy Eating Week

Last week AGGS took part in Healthy Eating Week. Each form chose one of the four challenges to concentrate on and made a concerted effort to meet the challenge over the week. The challenges were to drink more water, eat more fruit and vegetables, be more active and to eat breakfast. Thank you to all those who took part. Please remember to try and always have a balanced diet. It really does have a positive impact on all aspects of your well being.
